Refund Policy

This voluntary policy supplements the statutory right of withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Technically failed AI replies

An AI reply is deducted from the credit balance only after it has been generated completely and successfully. A timeout, system error, safety refusal, empty output, or interrupted provider request automatically releases the reservation and restores the credit.

Refunds for credit packages

On request, we review unused paid credits under the statutory withdrawal rules and our voluntary goodwill policy. Fully delivered and already consumed AI replies are generally not voluntarily refunded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

Please send the email address associated with your account, the order number, and a short explanation to [email protected]. Decisions and credit adjustments are recorded on the server and are never triggered solely by a browser redirect.
