Withdrawal Notice

Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing credits for AI replies. Additional voluntary goodwill arrangements can be found in our refund policy; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or via our contact form). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry; compensation for value with credits

When purchasing a credit package, you confirm during the order process

1. that you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires (immediate usability of the credits), and
2. that you have taken note that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been performed in full, and that in the event of withdrawal before full performance you owe compensation for the value of the services already provided.

In practice this means:

• No credits consumed: you receive a full refund of the purchase price.
• Partially consumed: you receive the purchase price minus the proportional value of the AI replies already consumed (purchase price divided by the number of AI replies included in the package, multiplied by the number of AI replies consumed).
• Fully consumed: the right of withdrawal for this purchase has expired.

The transaction history viewable in your account is decisive. Failed AI replies are automatically credited back and do not count as consumed.
